Stavros beach is located right next to the port and the homonymous settlement of Stavros. It is a large sandy beach with clear blue shallow waters thus making it ideal for families with young children. In the middle and low season the beach is not very crowded but in high season its privileged position makes it one of the most popular coasts on the island. Besides, being next to the main settlement is an advantage for those who prefer having everything in hand including taverns, rooms to let and mini markets.
