Agios Nikolaos is the small islet found across Gaios and it is covered with thick vegetation. The islet's landmarks are the old Venetian Castle and the windmill, from which the views are mesmerising. The beach on Agios Nikolaos is a secluded haven, ideal for nature lovers and absolute tranquillity. In order to get there, you can take a small boat or a water taxi from Gaios. Just mind to take supplies with you as the islet does not offer any amenities.
