Patido is a dish made with rooster stuffed with sautéed giblets, country bread crumbs, raisins, local kefalotyri cheese (hard & salty cheese), onion, garlic, Mantilaria wine, parsley, salt & pepper, cinnamon and cloves.

Wild rabbit and onions stew with whole, small boiler or pearl onions, wine, tomato, cinnamon.

Kolokythokeftedes
Kolokythokeftedes are fried zucchini balls made from grated zucchini, chopped onion, dill, parsley, grated cheese, 3-4 eggs slightly beaten and flour.

Grilled Octopus
Sun dried octopus cooked on the grill and served with olive oil, oregano and vinegar.
