Located within the ancient town, Mon Repos Palace used to be a luxury residence for the island’s governors. This royal resort includes interesting museums and expositions as well as a private beach that attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Achilleum: Visit the Palace of the Austrian empress of Elisabeth of Bavaria, hosting the famous sculpture of Achilles called “Dying Achilles” by Ernest Gustave Herter. The palace is now open to the public as a museum for the island’s treasures.

Boat trips: Either around Corfu or the nearby islands, you can discover hidden bays and crystal water beaches, as well as caves ideal for snorkeling, swimming or relaxing day-trips.
